An Omaha native, Tim previously served as Assistant Vice President and Senior Counsel for the Fidelity National Title Group and for 5 years as an assistant public defender in Douglas County, Nebraska.

Tim is active in numerous community organizations including the Cornish Heights Neighborhood Association, the Parochial Athletic League, Project Harmony, the Teammates Mentoring Program, and Quality Living, Inc. He earned a law degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Kansas.
